Job Description:
Utilization of various internet recruiting sources to post ads,
network and recruit both job seeking and passive candidates.
Initial phone screens of candidates to present for open
positions.
Additional tasks as requested Senior Human Resources Management
Desired experience:
Recruiting
Internet Recruiting/Social Network recruiting experience
Experience working in an environment that would require
sourcing/recruiting 100% of the time
Experience working in a distribution environment is required
eCommerce industry is a plus
Technical recruiting/sourcing is a plus
Corporate recruiting experience is a plus
