-Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are a must;
-Proactively assist in Corporate Recruiting in sourcing candidates
through online job search engines, referrals and direct sourcing
using proactive methods (social media, cold calling, etc.).
-Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and
recommend viable candidates to Corporate Recruiter for further
-Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a
positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
-Demonstrated ability to drive social media recruiting efforts.
-Maintain Talent Acquisition Scorecard updated in coordination with
-Maintain candidate tracking, records, status and hiring
statistics, using an applicant tracking system while following all
Affirmative Action guidelines.
-Create and analyze reports as requested by manager.
-Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Handling calendars for hiring managers and the scheduling of phone
screen and onsite interviews in a fast paced environment.
-Assist in the collection of new hire paperwork.
-Enter data into the applicant tracking system and handle internal
-Contact candidates to obtain information/employment documents and
respond to general recruiting inquires of applicants and internal
-Working knowledge and expertise in interviewing techniques (e.g.
behavioral interviews) and assessment tests and tools
-Solid understanding of legal regulations and guidelines related to

2 to 4 years; a combination of search firm and junior recruiting
experience is preferred. Strong administration skills; ability to
utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Associate degree in Human Resources or other related field.
Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
The noise in the work environment is usually moderate. Hectic,
fast-paced with multi-level distractions.
