Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage special projects related to tax policy planning and
forecasting
Review federal, state, and local tax returns and ensure timely
payments
Support tax provision preparation and compliance processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA and Master of
Taxation preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in public accounting and/or
corporate tax department
Experience with ASC 740 US GAAP income tax reporting
Demonstrated ability to perform tax research
Project management experience with tracking projects and
deadlines
