We’re hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, school-based roles in Carlsbad, CA for the 2025–2026 school year. /n/n CNA Position Details: /n/n /n/t - /n/t Start Date: ASAP /n/t/n/t - /n/t Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during school hours /n/t/n/t - /n/t Duration: Full 2025–2026 school year /n/t/n/t - /n/t Location: Carlsbad, CA /n/t/n/t - /n/t Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience and skill set) /n/t/n/t - /n/t Support Provided: Work under the supervision of an LVN, District Nurse, and/or classroom teacher /n/t/n /n/n CNA Primary Responsibilities: /n/n /n/t - /n/t Provide one-on-one or classroom-based health support for students across all grade levels /n/t/n/t - /n/t Assist with toileting, diapering, and hygiene support /n/t/n/t - /n/t Support district nurses during g-tube feedings (CNAs will not perform g-tube feedings directly) /n/t/n/t - /n/t Monitor and report student health status to the nursing team /n/t/n/t - /n/t Assist with student transfers and mobility as needed /n/t/n/t - /n/t Escort students to and from the health office or classroom /n/t/n/t - /n/t Provide general care and supervision during school hours /n/t/n/t - /n/t Communicate effectively with school staff, nurses, and parents when appropriate /n/t/n/t - /n/t Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students /n/t/n /n/n CNA Qualifications: /n/n /n/t - /n/t Current CNA certification in California (preferred, but not required) /n/t/n/t - /n/t Comfortable with toileting and assisting during g-tube feedings /n/t/n/t - /n/t Previous experience with children, special education, or in school settings is a plus /n/t/n/t - /n/t Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented /n/t/n /n/n Why Work With RCM? /n/n Since 1975, RCM Health Care Services has specialized in providing school districts with equal access to Special Education services such as Speech-Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA Therapy, Behavioral and Mental Health services, Special Education Teachers, Paraprofessionals as well as Nursing services to many of the nation's top 100 school districts. /n /nThrough years of experience of focusing on an educationally based approach, RCM Health Care Services understands exactly what school districts and providers need to meet student IEP goals.
