Maintenance Mechanic with PLC Troubleshooting/Repair (no programming)

$36-$48/hr
DIRECT PLACEMENT POSITION
Job Description:
- Highly proficient with PLC knowledge, repairing and troubleshooting (no programming)
---Leads and performs maintenance of industrial equipment.
---Prioritizes and coordinates work assignments for other Maintenance Technicians.
---Coaches other Maintenance Technicians through orientation, training, establishment of objectives, communication of good maintenance practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Mechanical and electrical equipment and components
-3 phase motors, 480v
-Integrated Systems with PLCs
-Allen Bradley PLCs (old and new ones) troubleshooting and repair using PLC on the following equipment:
-High Speed Automated Sorting machines
-VFDs, Photo Eyes, Sensors
-Robotic equipment
-Gantry cranes
-30 miles of conveyors, 4 sorters, 12 cranes
-PLC PM programs, update on computer status using TMI Systems. (software)
-Have experience leading/managing a team
