Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Reliability Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support to customers, resolving issues related to
Kubernetes, Linux, and Replicated products
Enable customer success by guiding and assisting with application
deployment and management
Collaborate with engineering to share customer feedback and
contribute to product improvements
Required Qualifications
2+ years experience with Linux system administration
2+ years experience with Kubernetes and Helm
Customer-facing experience
Experience with CNCF tools is a plus
Familiarity with Go and debugging Go programs is a plus
