  • Meet new business production goals.
  • Prospect new or existing accounts
  • Manage the financial acumen of your own book of business
  • Strategize and develop plans to grow sales territory
  • Establish and retain clientele in order to grow your sales territory
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Prospect for new clients and Perform 200+ outbound dials per dayBusiness Development Manager Job Requirements
    • Currently licensed in Property and Casualty- preferred/ or willing to obtain ****
    • Prior inside sales Experience- REQUIRED.
