Must reside in Moreno Valley CA area. Role is in office. Not open for relocations.
SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced recruiting leader to manage the recruiting needs across the Company's 9 U.S. distribution centers and factories. The position will require 50% travel. The Sr. Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing the process of sourcing, interviewing, and job offers of warehouse & factory employees and associates. Identifying quality candidates and placing them in open roles is key to the success of this position. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use ATS, databases, social media, advertising (radio, community flyer, property banner, etc.), professional networking, and current employee networks and referrals to find talent for open positions.
Meet current hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates; entails acquiring talent through sourcing, tracking, processing applications, resume reviewing, screening candidates, initial interviews, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Keep abreast of employment law and legislation.
Assist in refining job descriptions to make sure they accurately reflect the needs of the hiring manager and the company.
Ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, promoting company's reputation as "best place to work", while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct interviews; screening and first round.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Define our recruiting strategy that will help us achieve our ambitious hiring goals as we expand the team across the U.S.
Understand how business goals impact the full hiring landscape and anticipate how organizational changes may impact hiring needs.
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them meet their hiring goals.
Set goals and metrics, timelines, and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress, and provide weekly reporting.
Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices with the rest of the HR team.
Help manage interview load distribution and assist in getting new hiring managers and interviewers calibrated on hiring best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS OR EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or psychology. Without a bachelor's degree, years of on-the-job experience may suffice.
5-10 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting
Experience specializing in warehouse, hourly wage recruiting is a must
A commitment to and track record of delivering high touch, outstanding service to internal and external candidates and employees
Adaptability and openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies, tactics, and processes
Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
