Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for Menefee Valley Medical Center in Menefee, CA.

We have a new career opportunity for a General Manager at our location in Menefee, CA. Reporting to the Senior Area GM, the General Manager Food will direct the day to day operations of the food and nutrition services in a hospital.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Food & Nutrition Services, including resident dining (skilled nursing, assisted & independent living) and off site dining. This is an 89 bed hospital that offers high quality healthcare with state-of-the-art technology and boasts an award-winning efficient building design with private rooms, and beautiful views. Sodexo provides best in class services for patient dinning, retail caf-- operations, on-site catering and physicians dinning at this outstanding account. Critical to your success is the ability to integrate fully within our client's organization becoming a trusted adviser and member of the accounts leadership team.
Candidates must either be a Registered Dietitian or have a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) background.
The ideal candidate will be a customer focused, innovative leader with exceptional financial acumen as well as demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and meet financial objectives. Candidates for this General Manager position should have prior experience managing a food and nutrition department and a solid record of achieving best in class customer satisfaction scores.
Best qualified candidates for this position include Certified Dietary Manager certification (or Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, etc), experience with CMS and Joint Commission and other regulatory compliance requirements.
