The Group Director Assistant position will have a commercial Real Estate component. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in dealing with government agencies, contractors, suppliers, attorneys, engineers and other service companies.

Position Type : Full-Time
Starting Wage : $25.30 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Works proactively to identify, investigate, and report irregularities within designated area of responsibility.
Maintains their direct leaders schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
Organizes and arranges meetings and tasks within their direct leader's teams.
Coordinates the logistics of Buying team travel, including hotel reservations, transportation to and from airport, etc.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Job responsibilities include possible access to HIPAA-protected health information; as such, employee must comply with HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements and policies.
Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Maintains confidentiality and privacy of employee and company sensitive data.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma / GED required.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
Experience in commercial real estate preferred.
Experience in dealing with government agencies, contractors, suppliers, attorneys, engineers and other service companies is preferred.
Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.
Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
