The position will change as the role develops, so the scope of work increase as account management duties increase with the client. Responsibilities:

• Role models outstanding customer service for the team
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality and professionalism (especially when handling customer complaints)
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring new Customer Service Representatives
• Learn and client pertinent product knowledge for our brands
• Follow client guidelines
• Execute campaign per management's request
• Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumersRequirements:
  • Highschool diploma or higher
  • 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to apply constructive feedback
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
