Great opportunity for a Production Manager in Corona. Manufacturing company is expanding and looking for an experienced employee to add to their staff.

Job Summary:

They are a growing company seeking a hands-on Production Manager to join their team!

The Production Manager will work in a variety of areas including safety, inventory management, and production

meetings. The Production Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.

Job Description:

? Manages and supervises production lines, personnel, and facility issues

? Directly supervise, train, and evaluate shift foremen

? Manage orders, communication with scheduling, and problem solving

? Responsible for ensuring employee productivity, facility safety, and maintenance activities while working

in conjunction with other managers and supervisors

? Heavy emphasis on working with Production Scheduling Manager on a regular basis to create and

manage the production schedule

? Create and publish weekly/monthly production reporting metrics

? Create 30/60/90 day plans for each department and schedule regular reviews/meetings to monitor

progress and maintain accountability

? Inventory management including tabulating month ending inventory

? Attend weekly SQE meetings (safety, quality, environmental)

? Other duties as assigned by the VP of Operations

Qualifications:

? Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead and coach in a team environment

? Strong project management skills

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Able to multi-task, prioritize and respond with appropriate sense of urgency

? Advanced computer skills in MS Office

? Quality decision making, planning, and leadership skills

? High-level knowledge of inventory control preferably in manufacturing

? Minimum 3 years experience in implementing and managing an ERP system for a manufacturing

company

Required:

? Bachelor?s degree in business or related technical field

? Minimum of 3-5 year?s management experience in a manufacturing environment

? English fluent

Job Benefits:

? Base salary starting at $55,000 to $60,000 (based on experience), plus bonus
