Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice
processing and vendor management
Supervise and mentor a team of AP associates to ensure high
standards of accuracy and efficiency
Monitor compliance with company policies and accounting standards
while supporting month-end close activities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of accounts payable experience, including vendor
management and payment execution
Demonstrated supervisory experience in leading an AP team
Strong knowledge of AP systems such as Bill.com and Microsoft
Dynamics
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Familiarity with tax compliance related to accounts payable,
including W-9 and 1099 reporting
