Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tasks and timelines for the transition from Kronos to UKG
timekeeping system
Facilitate training sessions and ensure clear communication among
all project stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues during implementation while maintaining
project documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
4-6 years of experience with ERP and Kronos systems
Experience managing large enterprise-level projects with proven
implementation success
3-4 years of payroll compliance experience
