Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Non-QM to oversee the
development, marketing, and management of non-qualified mortgage
loan products.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential Non-QM
borrower segments and their needs
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Non-QM
loan offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new Non-QM loan
products and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
5+ years as a product manager, preferably in the mortgage
industry
Deep understanding of the mortgage lending landscape, especially
Non-QM and DSCR loan programs
Proven track record of leading a specialty product-related team
Experience with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel,
and Outlook)
