Job Description:

Bachelor's degree with emphasis on facilities management or related field,
master's degree preferred
10 years healthcare facilities management experience
Experience in facilities management of large acute care hospital

Administrative leadership in planning, engineering, design, construction and preventive maintenance for 232 bed hospital and nearby physician offices.
Maintain capital project budgets and schedules
Develop long range plans for operation and maintenance of facilities, grounds, and utility systems.
Capital planning and budgeting
Liaison with government agencies
Knowledge of JCAHO, NFPA, BOCA, OSHA, ADA, GCEH
