• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• Approximately 16 patients per day, must be able to see all ages but will consider adult only FM
• Standard primary care office procedures like toenail removal, and wart removal
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
