Job Description:

General Anesthesiology Physician Fontana & Ontario, CA

Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center & Ontario Medical Center

Schedule: Monday Sunday, 7:00 am 5:00 pm
Coverage: ASAP start for 6 months, option to extend
Hours: 4 5 shifts weekly (10 hour days)
Weekend/Holiday Requirements:
- Minimum 1 weekend per month
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holiday weeks
Case Mix:
- General anesthesia
- General surgery, Ortho, GYN, Urology
- Limited Neuro (only occasional)
- No OB, No Cardiac
- Some healthy pediatrics (minimal)
Model: Collaborative team with multiple MDs + CRNA
Pay Rate: $250+hr
Requirements: BC, BLS/ACLS/PALS
Credentialing: 90 days
Client Preference: Local candidates preferred
