Job Description:

Our DC Human Resources Supervisors play a critical role in our company's success by being true business partners with our distribution center's management team. - This individual will maintain an in-depth understanding of business objectives, programs, and challenges. - They will also provide consultation and communication to management on team member relations, talent acquisitions and other HR functions in support of the business. - This position will focus on hiring and retaining top talent as we continue to get the right parts to the right places at the right time. -

Qualifications:

• Experience in handling negotiations and collective bargaining environments
• Bilingual not required, but preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Human Resources Management principles, practices and procedures
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations including EEO, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, etc.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and make independent decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and the highest level of discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Good presentation skills to various groups
