  • Opportunities for advancement To learn more about O'Reilly, our culture, and benefits visit The Position: This position supports the HR department with a variety of administrative duties related to employee records. What you would do in this position:
    • Assist with team member utilization report as it applies to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant medical eligibility. Will have a complete understanding of ACA related measurement periods, administrative periods and stability periods and be able to assist with phone calls and team member questions
    • Responsible for tracking medical insurance eligibility for part time team members and distributing enrollment and dis-enrollment communications to impacted team members
    • Responsible for assembling and distributing packets for acquired team members
    • Responsible for packing and shipping returned uniforms to the vendor
    • Assist with calls from team members regarding uniforms, I-9s, E-Verify, and other HR system related item Qualifications we would like to see:
      • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      • Must be able to spend a significant amount of time on the phone
      • Attention to detail with emphasis on thoroughness and accuracy
