Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter II to manage high
volume full life-cycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high volume full life-cycle recruiting for assigned
clients, sourcing diverse candidates
Interview candidates to assess their fit for the position and
provide recommendations to hiring managers
Manage the candidate experience and maintain position vacancies
using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related
field or Human Resources
5-7 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting,
preferably in a corporate environment
Experience in the energy or nuclear industry is a plus
ICIMS experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter is a plus
