Prior experience in complex civil litigation defense, personal injury, government liability, or employment law preferred. • Assist and support Managing Attorney in all aspects of civil litigation through the pleadings, discovery and trial phases.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and counsel.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda.
• Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents.
• Take and Defend Depositions.
• Prepare pre-trial documents.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Licensed in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • 2 or more years of civil litigation experience to be considered -
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Experience taking and/or defending depositions.BENEFITS:
