If you're an experienced Abrasive Blaster, and ready for a challenge, apply today athttps://jobs.employeeworkplace.com/staffmark/1104977;brandId=staffmark Pay rate:--$15.50 - 17.50 / hourShifts: Monday - Friday (Overtime as needed)1st: 5:00 am - 1:30 pmAbout the Job Essential Job TasksUtilizes abrasive blasting equipment to prepare metal surfaces to receive powder or liquid paint. * Operates abrasive blasting equipment for removal of scale, flux, corrosion, dirt and oils from parts* Uses hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools* Use of forklifts for moving parts and loading/unloading delivery trucks* Identifies and reports defective parts.* Maintains a clean, orderly, and a safe work area.* Maintains a commitment to teamwork and a positive, supportive attitude to all personnel.* Observes and complies with all safety regulations and company policies.* Other duties as assignedRequirements* 1-3 years experience in abrasive blasting processes in manufacturing shop environment.* Mechanical aptitude and knowledge is required.* Ability to speak, read and understand English to interpret manufacturer's application specifications with little to no assistance.
