Supervisor, Quality will support General Assembly,
Body Shop, Paint Shop, and Warehouse. They will lead a team
of Quality inspectors/ CMM Operators. Under the direction of the
Director of Quality and Safety, the Supervisor, Quality will have
knowledge of: Lean Manufacturing, Team interaction within and
outside the department, report writing, CMM programing, dimensional
management, SAP, Aluminum MIG welding inspection, SPR riveting
inspection, automotive exterior paint, power tool torque
inspection, Aluminum metal finishing Black belt problem solving and
other quality engineering practice.
• Lead a team of inspectors in
the General Assembly, Paint Shop, Body Shop and

Karma Quality Inspection Standards.
• Lead and practice
• Cover Final
Process Audit process when needed.
• Collaborate with
Engineering, Supplier Quality, After Sales, and Plant-specific Area
Managers (BIW, Paint, and General Assembly) to identify and resolve
Quality issues and concerns.
• Directs workers

concerning materials, product, or process quality and

Specialists in response to customer claims and concerns by using
verbal, written, and graphical communication tools.
