Job Description:
A non-profit health care organization is filling a position for
a Remote Patient Relations Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Serving as a liaison between patients, family members and hospital
staff
Facilitating the resolution of complaints and concerns
Educating patients, family members and the professional staff
regarding patient rights
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in education and experience is
required
2 years of related experience in a healthcare setting with regular
patient contact
Understanding of hospital policies and procedures
