Job Description:

An entertainment company is in need of a Remote Chargeback Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Performing Credit Card chargebacks resolution
Providing evidence when merchants 'request for information'
Providing in-depth research and investigation into transactions of frauds
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Strong analytical skills and ability to work accurately with billing transactions
Proficiency in Windows or macOS screenshot programs, office, and Adobe reader
Clerical, technical, and administrative experience
Must be flexible with working hours
