Job Description:

Peregrine Team is hiring for a CT Tech in Moreno Valley, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. - -$2,737.60/weekJob Duties: -

• Performs MRI/CT imaging procedures on appropriate anatomical regions in accordance with accepted standards of practice and protocols of the individual site Radiologist.
• Under guidance and approval of site Radiologist, administers contrast agents according to site-specific protocols.
• Cooperates with facility healthcare personnel and complies with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintains current Permits to Practice in all states in which services are performed.
• Provide images to the facility in the desired site format.
• Performs equipment quality checks and troubleshoots problems. Calls for service and notifies all pertinent team members
• May assist with the setup and tear down of equipment in accordance with SMS and/or manufacturers' guidelines.
• Completes necessary administrative tasks. ie: time reports, billing, QA, etc.
• Cooperates with facility healthcare professionals and complies with facility policies/procedures.
• Complies with all safety policies and regulations.
• Maintains current Permits to Practice in all states in which services are performed.
• Performs additional duties as required. -Qualifications: -
  • Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or be registry eligible and possess a permit to practice where applicable.
  • Must be able to produce very high-quality special imaging with little supervision.
  • Must be willing and able to assist the Radiologist in his/her interpretation of exams.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds as well as assist with patient maneuvering.
