Responsibilities:


- Set up and operate equipment that mixes or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products.


- Record production and test data for each food product batch, such as the ingredients used, temperature, test results, and time cycle.


* Clean and sterilize vats and factory processing areas.

* Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, blends, or processes ingredients in the manufacturing of food products, according to formulas or recipes.


*Reqiured:*


* High school diploma or equivalent GED completion.

* Experience Batching


Requirements:


* Be a strong team player

* Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production

* Ability to obtain a Riverside County Food Handlers card within one week of hire

* Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills

* Ability to monitor machines during the food production process

* Ability to understand and communicate in English


Hours: 6AM-4:30 PM Monday-Thursday


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
