*Job Expectations *


Doughp Dealers will work productively and show a sense of urgency working alone. You will be expected to keep up our Plug vibe and treat guests with exceptional service while servin' up them dope Phatties! Remember, you need to always work with safety in mind, and guests are always the priority in any scenario.


*Job Duties *

* Following all opening, midshift and closing procedures for the Plug's expectations.

* Understand how your job responsibilities impact the guests and the Plug operations.

* Interact with guests in a positive manner, using Cookie Plug Lingo at all times.

* Able to communicate Cookie Knowledge to guests with Erryday Hookups, Phatty Flavors, Drank Knowledge.

* Correctly use kitchen equipment and tools like ovens, silicone mats, hot gloves, metal cookie rings, drank machinery, and thermometers.

* Always keep restaurant cleanliness standards.

* Make guests the priority and ensure all guests have an exceptional Cookie Plug experience.

*Requirements*


* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

* Understand that your results are performance-oriented, and performance driven.

* Have flexibility on scheduling, being able to work nights, mornings, weekends, holidays, and any special event if arranged.

* Ability to stand for long periods of times while working in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to work alone while having integrity to keep up Cookie Plug Brand Standards.

* Ability to work near a hot oven.

* Maintain a positive attitude, while representing the Cookie Plug Vibe.

* Always follow Cookie Plug Uniform Policies.

* Ability to manage your time effectively while handling Cookie Plug Operations smoothly and competing your job procedures.

* Ability to have reliable transportation to work, while being on time for all shifts.

* Having a reliable method of communication to other team members.

* Provide a valid food handlers card to meet your county-specific requirements.


Job Type: Part-time


Pay: $15.00 per hour
