Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist, Planned Giving
(Temporary Role).
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the administration of estate gifts and manage estate
accounts for timely receivables
Manage estate tracking and maintain accurate records in
Salesforce
Conduct outreach for documentation and respond to inquiries
regarding complex and legacy gifts
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in estate administration, planned giving, or
related fields
Paralegal background preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Experience in gift reconciliation and financial documentation
Ability to handle sensitive donor and financial information
discreetly
