Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead, Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process improvement projects utilizing Lean, DMAIC, and other
methodologies to achieve sustainable results
Collaborate with sponsors and business owners to define project
objectives, schedules, and customer expectations
Develop and analyze project plans, ensuring adherence to schedules
and accomplishment of milestones
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Process
Improvement
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodology required (blackbelt
preferred)
5+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives with
demonstrated results
Demonstrated project management skills, including business case and
charter creation
Extensive experience with core software applications, including
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
