Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Retention Specialist to
provide exceptional service and support to pet parents.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service through various communication channels
to enhance the pet parent experience
Educate customers on the benefits of insurance and non-insurance
products
Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry and compliance
with company policies
Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Producer license required
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a
high-volume call center or veterinary clinic
Strong experience with productivity and task management tools like
MS Office and G-Suite
In-depth familiarity with ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk,
Kustomer, Gladly)
Genuine passion for pets and excitement to work in a start-up
environment
