Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Complete appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations
while matching patient preferences with physician-specific
guidelines
Collect and maintain accurate patient registration, demographic,
and insurance information for timely payment processing
Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician
requests and assist in training new hires
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
Proficient in computer knowledge, including navigating multiple
programs and monitors
Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize
responsibilities
