A company is looking for a Remote Associate Mechanical Claims
Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
Review vehicle service agreements and determine covered
failures
Respond to and resolve client and customer issues through various
communication channels
Adjust and document claims in compliance with departmental
standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Automotive experience, such as training or roles as a Service
Advisor or Technician
2 years of customer service and automotive experience
2 years of experience using computers with multiple
applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
setting
