Direct Hire Job Opportunity for Experience Maintenance Technicians at Decker's Brands in Moreno Valley! - Direct Hire Opportunity, Salary DOE, 2nd and 3rd shifts available. GENERAL NATURE OF Maintenance Technician position: The Maintenance Technician - , under minimal supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities in assigned maintenance operational areas which may include buildings, conveyors, forklifts, electrical, Tilt Tray, and performs related work as required. The job will entail preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of heavy industrial manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position will be working with AC/DC controls, PLC controlled equipment, pneumatic and with voltages of up to 480 volts. Manage minor projects and plan maintenance work orders. Provide training to lower grade levels. In addition to the technical skills requires the ability to assign work, direct employees, review work performed and documentation on work orders. Benefits:

  • Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics and blueprints
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Ability to work with high and low voltage, AC and DC
  • Proven track record of strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Automatic Identification systems (Laser Scanning Devices).
  • Regarded as a system expert (i.e. conveyors, printers, applicators)
