DescriptionLARGE SHOE DISTRIBUTOR in Moreno Valley seeking Safety Safety Coordinator/Forklift Operator for 2nd shiftWe have an opportunity for a 2nd shift Safety Training Coordinator.The hours for this position are 4pm-12amPay : $21+ $3 COVID Hazard PayThe client would like for the potential candidates to have the below.BilingualPIT experiencePresentation/Facilitating experienceComputer skillExcelWordOutlook EmailESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Be the coordinator of both the Company and agency Temp employees during training.Create and allocate any materials and training processes based on function.Must be able to oversee progress from beginning to end with new agency temp or Company employees.Apply visual, audio, or kinesthetic styles training to ensure employee captures information.Classroom and hands-on training on RF gun, functions, High Jump.Forklift equipment use validation through Raymond. To conduct and coordinate all exempt and non-exempt orientations.Must be able to follow the curriculum for newly promoted supervisors and managers.Will be developing and updating new material as needed.Will be required to document all training and completed training for HR purposes and credit for validating purposes through HighJump.Where standards become "loose" or a new method is introduce to help make the function of the job more effective it is the responsibility of the trainer to create, update, and document to the training materials so that employees are educated on the most recent information and don't become impacted.The trainer will occasionally (through-out the year) participate in cross function coverage in the event support is needed.Must understand and be able to provide instructions in all DC functions and assist with visual Q's and training materials Job RequirementsSPECIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:Ability to deliver material in classroom setting.Ability to operate Stand up Reach/Cherry Picker/Electric Pallet Jack equipment a MUST!!Bilingual English/SpanishAble to work weekends and overtime as neededAbility to understand and deliver WMS systems Oracle and High-Jump training.Ability to understand all job functions in the DC and deliver through training.Ability to communicate in English/Spanish.Ability to capture new processes and translate into technical documentsStrong analytical skills numerical orientation.Strong organizational and Planning.Strong Leadership role ability to drive resultsStrong business acumen
