A company is looking for a Client Services Consultant- Hybrid in
Jackson, MI.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day services and maintain quality customer service
operations
Coordinate with vendors and client hiring managers for effective
service delivery
Manage compliance matters and maintain updated Standard Operating
Procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
3+ years of experience in staffing industry operations,
HR/recruiting, or customer service preferred
Experience with Magnit VMS is desired
Customer-oriented and self-motivated critical thinker
Ability to connect effectively across all layers of the
organization
