Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to encourage
enrollment in energy-saving programs
Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals
Identify customer eligibility and close enrollments
consistently
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment;
call center experience preferred
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
Bilingual candidates are preferred to assist Spanish-speaking
customers
