Job Description:
As an Early Intervention Professional I, you will support the
planning and delivery of individualized programming for infants and
toddlers with developmental delays. You will work under supervision
while learning how to implement intervention strategies, track
developmental progress, and support families in a meaningful,
compassionate way. Location: El Cajon Schedule: Mon- Fri 9a-3p Pay:
The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65 Who You Are: You are

experienced professionals. A typical day includes: Supporting
children through developmentally appropriate activities and
interventions. Helping plan and implement weekly home?based or
center?based programs. Assisting with goal development, progress
tracking, and developmental observations. Engaging with families to
provide information, resources, and encouragement. Collaborating
with Professional II staff, teachers, social workers, and other
specialists. Ensuring safe, nurturing, inclusive learning

growth possible for our youngest learners and their families. What
You’ll Need to Be Successful:Required: Associate degree in early
childhood education, child development, psychology, human services,
or related field. Minimum 6 months hands?on direct care experience
with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental
disabilities. Strong communication skills and a passion for
supporting children and families. Preferred: Experience
implementing structured activities or early intervention
strategies. Bilingual English/Spanish.
